Walsall Pedestrian and Cycle Bridge granted Planning Approval!

ONE attended the Walsall Planning Committee meeting last week and are delighted to share the design for the new Walsall Pedestrian and Cycle Bridge was unanimously granted planning approval.
The proposed pedestrian and cycle bridge at Walsall canal, designed by ONE, represents a significant improvement in the local infrastructure.
The bridge will provide safe, sustainable and accessible travel routes for pedestrians and cyclists promoting active lifestyles and contributing to Walsall’s environmental and economic objectives. The design is inclusive and allows for full accessibility including the ramp and step access.
We are thrilled that this fantastic project can now progress and we cant wait to see the plans become a reality!
