Our Expertise
The ONE building services team includes mechanical and electrical engineers with practical experience of systems in use. The team uses the latest industry standard technology, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital engineering. This ensures that high level integration with other disciplines happens from the outset of the project, resulting in optimum building performance.
The team analyses computer simulations of the thermal performance of buildings (Thermal Modelling) and are registered Low Carbon Consultants with environmental assessment against the UK BREEAM standards to make sure that the design is as efficient as it possibly can be.
