Piano Building Granted Planning Approval

ONE attended the Wyre Forest planning committee meeting last night and are delighted to share that their design for the Piano Building in Kidderminster, was unanimously granted planning approval.
ONE’s multi-disciplinary team have been working with Wyre forest Council, to develop an existing, Grade II listed, old college into a mixed use building of offices, food and beverage and leisure facilities.
This new building will compliment Kidderminster Town Centre’s offering, rejuvenating the old college which has been empty for 5 years, as well as refreshing the public realm in front of the building.
We are thrilled to have received planning permission and will now be working alongside Speller Metcalfe to deliver the vision.
