ONE shortlisted for UK Employer of the Year at the Investors in People Awards!

We are delighted to be shortlisted for the UK Employer of the Year: Standard (50-249) award at the Investors in People Awards!

ONE recently recieved their Investors in People report, here are some key statistics;

98% agree ONE is a great place to work

94% agree they have the right level of responsibility to do their job effectively

94% agree the have all the information they need to do their job well

94% of survey respondents agree ONE has clear values

Its great to see such positive statistics from this report and we are thrilled to be up for the award.
