ONE is a finalist for innovation award

ONE Creative environments (ONE) is delighted to have been shortlisted for the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce awards.

ONE is a finalist in the Excellence in Innovation category with the winners being announced at a black-tie event on 7 July 2022 at Worcester Arena.

The company’s bespoke Digital Twin platform, which mirrors a physical asset, combines 3D models generated through Building Information Modelling (BIM) process and the Internet of Things (IoT) and is set to be a gamechanger for the Facilities Management industry.

This visual data solution, which puts the 3D model centre stage (and does not require the interpretation of lots of figures and graphs), enables data-driven decision-making benefitting building operators, owners and wider society. Benefits include:

ONE has implemented this solution on their own HQ and this summer will make significant improvements with a range of measures to optimise energy usage in the quest to achieving Net Zero. The team is now offering this service to clients and is thrilled to have been recognised in the awards.
