High profile events for ONE in October

During October there will be many opportunities to meet up with One Creative Environment’s (One’s) team at important industry events.

One now has offices in Birmingham and London in addition to their Midlands HQ in Worcester, however, the team will be attending, speaking and exhibiting at a number of events in the forthcoming weeks that will provide a number of opportunities to meet many members of the team.

8 and 9 October: Healthcare Estates, Manchester Central
The company has 44 years’ experience in the healthcare sector and One’s Managing Director, Matt Tebbatt, will be speaking as part of the main event about “Modernising Hospital Services in the Falkland Islands”. The One team has also been shortlisted for the prestigious awards in the Sustainable Achievement category for the Tanworth Lane Dementia Care Facility.

9 and 10 October: Annual Hotel, Hilton Manchester, Deansgate
One has exciting projects in the leisure and tourism sector including a number of hotels and so will be a delegate at this important event.

14 and 15 October: MIPIM UK Summit, Old Billingsgate Centre, London
On the first day, directors Mark Martin and James Lawrence will present on one of the grand challenges outlined in the governments’ emerging industrial strategy – the aging population. At 3:30pm, the team will then host a drinks reception on their stand (Pod 5) and so do come along and talk to us about your project. On the second day, Mark Martin will chair “The climate change debate, sustainable development and carbon neutral cities” – a vital topic for the industry.

16 and 17 October: Digital Construction Week, Excel, London
As early adopters of technology and last year’s winners of the Project Innovation of the Year Award, One’s Building Information Modelling (BIM) team is once again exhibiting at this high profile event. One will be demonstrating their latest example of using BIM for DfMA, on a luxurious penthouse apartment GRC interior cladding package at One Blackfriars, London. The BIM model, 3D print, CNC moulds, and a final GRC panel will be on their stand, to showcase the workflow utilised – come and meet the team on Stand F52.
