Following the growing concern regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and ONE’s previous message, we wanted to reassure you that the safety of everyone continues to be our priority while continuing to deliver the high quality service that you can always expect from ONE.
Business as usual while working remotely
We continue to closely monitor the situation and follow all the appropriate advice to prevent the spread of this virus for the safety of everyone. As a result, we had already made the move to home working for all our staff who continue to be fully operational and connected.
Our clients can be assured that we have always invested in technology and staff can access all the files that they need securely with the highest protection available. With commissions as far afield as the Falkland Islands, distance has never been a barrier and never will be.
We have a flexible Business Continuity Plan for this evolving situation to make sure we can act swiftly and responsibly as needed to continue to protect our clients and staff, their families and the wider public, as well as continue to deliver the best possible service for you.
As always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, require any specific support or would like to speak to a member of the team about any aspect of a current or future project. We will be happy to help.
