Happy Christmas and New Year from ONE to all

“2024 has brought more exciting commissions, project completions, and some exceptional schemes gaining planning consent. There have been many highlights for the team including another project receiving an official Royal opening as well as a visit to Number 10!

We are incredibly fortunate to collaborate with amazing clients on projects across the UK and overseas. I’d like to thank you for your continued support and it has been great seeing a number of projects receive recognition in industry awards.

We continue on our trajectory of further growth, celebrating our best year yet, with our Board of seven Directors driving our strategic plan for further expansion with a focus on design, sustainability, innovation and people. This year, we relocated and expanded our Birmingham office to JQ Modern in the vibrant Jewellery Quarter, complementing our established presence in Worcester, London, and Cardiff.

Looking ahead, we are gearing up for an exciting milestone: in 2025, ONE will celebrate 50 years in business. Reflecting on our design portfolio – both recent and historic – it is deeply rewarding to see our legacy and how we’ve lived up to our name, designing creative environments, while clients enjoy ONE seamless point of contact.

Our team remains our greatest asset and I am immensely proud of what we continue to achieve through their hard work, creativity, and dedication. Together, we continue to champion innovation and help our clients achieve their Net Zero ambitions, while staying committed to achieving these goals ourselves. We place great value on supporting our staff, and I was thrilled to recently attend the Investors in People Awards, where ONE was honoured as a finalist.

2025 promises to be an extraordinary year as we celebrate our 50th anniversary.
