Tall Buildings
Posted: 2 May 2019
One Creative Environments Ltd. were delighted to attend The Tall Buildings Conference on 30th April 2019 in London where an insight into the engineering feats that are shaping the UK’s city skylines was being discussed.
These super-structures are creating a legacy of iconic buildings that are transforming the built environment and we had two of our super stars attending. Jason Whittall, Architect Director who is leading the way on BIM and is currently involved in two of the tallest towers currently being constructed in Europe and Andy Baylis, Structures Director who was involved in the Walkie Talkie building, as well as many other challenging tall structures.
If you would like to meet them to discuss your tall tower project there details can be found at https://www.oneltd.com/team/. They will also be able to provide an insight into what they learnt on the future of high-rise construction and some of the revolutionary engineering principles being used in some of the UK’s most inventive tall buildings.
Including how to build high-rise better and the complexities of transferring engineering principles from low-rise to high-rise structures to deliver the UK’s most prestigious projects.
