Mark Martin is announced as Chair of ONE Creative environments

ONE Creative environments (ONE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Martin as Chair of the Board, effective immediately.

ONE is a multi-disciplinary design company, which is currently celebrating 50 years in business, and has the USP of having all the essential disciplines for a design project inhouse: masterplanning, architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, civil & structural engineering, building services, Digital Estates and BIM.

Mark, who has been a Director of ONE since 2008, has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success over the past 17 years. Throughout his tenure, Mark has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication. His vision has been pivotal in expanding ONE’s multi-disciplinary design services, leading to the successful completion of numerous high-profile projects both in the UK and internationally.

In addition to his role at ONE, Mark is deeply committed to supporting local economies and communities. He is currently Director of Malvern Hills Science Park and on the Landscape Institute Committee, having previously served as Chair of the Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership’s Business Board and championed the Superfast Worcestershire campaign. Mark supports a range of other initiatives e.g. with parish councils raising £500k for Tibberton through a Government voucher scheme, promoting sustainable travel and supporting local business groups and charities.

As Chair, Mark will continue to drive ONE’s strategic vision, focusing on innovation, sustainability, people and excellence in design alongside his fellow directors. His appointment reinforces ONE’s clear commitment to further growth, delivering added value and exceptional integrated design solutions to benefit clients and communities.

Mark is once again attending MIPIM, Cannes this week (11-14 March 2025) and meeting with leaders across the industry.
