Two planning consents granted on the same day

Fantastic news to receive two planning consents on the same day for two completely different scales of operation!

At one end we have a new rural café near Malvern, along a popular footpath and at the other, a large high tech factory.  They illustrate the diversity of work and portfolio of work within ONE.

Polytec Group gained planning approval for their Phase 3 extension works. The 17m tall building will include state of the art vertical manufacturing technology to keep the company at the forefront of manufacturing in the UK.  Thank you so much to Telford Economic and Planning teams who have been very proactive in working with the client.

The exciting new café at Lower Woodsfield, Madresfield estate in Malvern also received planning consent yesterday and will provide a exciting new destination as Madresfield Estate expand their “It all begins with the Land” offer on the 4,500 acre estate.
