New Chair for the Worcestershire Society of Chartered Architects

Becki Smith, Associate Architect and Education Lead at ONE, has been named as the new Chair of the Worcestershire Society of Chartered Architects (WSCA).

The WSCA is instrumental in bringing together like-minded individuals to benefit the built environment and Becki was elected as Chair on 1 March 2022.

Becki picks up the baton from Emily Kippen, also an Associate Architect at ONE, who held this strategic role for the past year and previously, has been Vice Chair before that and is now a valued member of the committee.

Becki is a chartered architect with a wealth of experience and joined ONE having held the position of Regional Director of RIBA West Midlands. With over 16 years in the industry she is passionate about sustainability, innovative design and championing the next generation of architects in order to create truly inspiring public and private spaces. Becki is delighted to take up this role and hopes to help the branch grow and continue to support the built environment professionals within Worcestershire.
